On behalf of the Management Board of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Alumni Association and Executive MBA @ UW, we would like to invite you to the next Executive MBA @ UW Alumni Ball.
The Executive MBA @ UW Alumni Ball will be held at The Westin Hotel in Warsaw on September 18, 2021. (Saturday), from 20.00 to 4.00.

This year, there will also be an opportunity to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Executive MBA @ UW Program. For people who will be at our ball for the first time, we would like to point out that this event takes place without too much pomposity. Ladies evening dresses are not required, and as for men, tuxedos are not required, we do not dance the solemn polonaise, and not all people decide to come with an accompanying person.
Participation cost:
Free - for members of the association who paid the membership fee in the Premium version for 2021. (PLN 500). We pay the fees to the account of the association below.
200 PLN - for members of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Alumni Association and Executive MBA @ UW who paid the regular membership fee for 2021. (PLN 150).
300 PLN - for other graduates of the Executive MBA @ UW program and from accompanying persons
Deadline for applications and payments:
Please make payments in the appropriate amount by July 15, 2021. to the account of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Alumni Association and EMBA @ UW (account number 07 2030 0045 1110 0000 0333 1250). Payment title: donation for statutory purposes.
Traditionally, we will have 20 free parking spaces. Price per night at the Westin hotel - PLN 300 net for a single room and PLN 330 net for a double room.
Applications and possible need for a parking space and a hotel room should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. There will be name cards on the tables, therefore, when someone attends the ball with an accompanying person, I also ask for the name and surname of the partner.
