Integration trip to Georgia for EMBA @ UW students and graduates
On behalf of the Management Board of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Alumni Association and Executive MBA @ UW, we cordially invite you to the next integration event of MBA graduates / students.
This time we are offering you an integration trip to Georgia from 10 to 17 September this year. (details of the trip are attached).
We organize a round trip around Georgia in cooperation with a travel agency of 7 continents https://7kontynentow.pl/
Deadline for applications: February 28, 2022. (the order of applications is decisive, please send applications to Krzysztof Pajączek by e-mail: [email protected], tel. 723 998 528)
Participants: graduates / students of the Executive MBA @ UW program. Accompanying adults are welcome.
The price for the trip depends on the number of participants: EUR 670 for a minimum of 40 people, EUR 700 for a minimum of 30 people, EUR 770 for a minimum of 20 people. The price does not include the cost of purchasing airline tickets.
Payment of EUR 200 when registering, compensation by 31 July depending on the number of people registered.
Advances in the amount of EUR 200 will be collected on the association's account (we are currently in the process of setting up a EURO account)
We will buy airline tickets for Wizzair by ourselves or through a travel agency. As soon as we have confirmed the participation of at least 20 people, we will notify about the confirmation of departure and the possibility of purchasing tickets. On Saturdays we have direct Wizzair flights from Poland (Warsaw, Krakow) to Kutaisi, Georgia.
Participants of the tourist event will be insured by the Organizer against medical expenses and the consequences of accidents.
Of course, it will also be possible to take out insurance against the costs of resignation from participation in a tourist event, the insurance rate, depending on the scope of insurance, is 3%, 5% or 7% (the latter rate covers Covid or possible quarantine).
