Management Board of the Executive MBA Alumni Association - „Nowy Świat”:

	Tomasz Kacprzak Chairman of the board He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and since 2003 has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an international organization of finance, accounting and management professionals. Graduate of the XXI cohort of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA program. For most of his career he has been associated with Deloitte, where he has served as CFO in Poland since 2005 and is involved in a number of Deloitte regional projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Together with a group of several Financial Directors, he was a co-founder of the FINEXA Financial Directors Association, which was registered in November 2011 and is currently a highly active body representing the financier community. His hobby is active spending time, finished 5 marathons (record less than 4 hours), he spends a lot of time on biking and skiing.
	Jacek Koprowski Vice President of the Board Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Management and Marketing, and the 12th edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Professionally associated with the PZU Group, acting as the Director of the Real Estate Sector Office in TFI PZU SA and the Investment Director in the Structured Investment Office in PZU SA and PZU Życie SA. Prior to that, he held various positions in the Investment Division in asset management of the PZU Group. Also professionally associated with the Koprowski Foundation, acting as a Member of the Board.
	Wojciech Mąka Vice President of the Board Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the XXIth cohort of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. He spent several years in Germany working in the Automotive Industry. Since 2006, Co-Owner and Member of the Management Board as Operating Chief at TopsilGlobal's.
	Piotr Sota Vice President of the Board Economist, graduate of SGPiS, UW and the 5th edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. President of the Management Board of Interplus sp. z o.o. (Professional cleaning agents) and RPR System sp. Z o.o. (Property management). 	Marek Wójcik Vice President of the Board Experienced CEO with proven track record in leadership, communication, quality and operational excellence. He has extensive practice in designing, launching and developing new businesses and factories in Poland and in rationalizing existing business structures. Extensive experience in managing strategic projects in international and multicultural organizations. Higher education in robotics and automatics obtained at the Technical University of Lodz and graduate of the XXI edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program.
	Sylwester Wybranowski Vice President of the Board A graduate of the UMCS in Lublin and the 21st edition of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Professionally associated with the residential property market. He currently serves as a Sales Manager at Dom Development S.A.
	Bartosz Wysocki Vice President of the Board Sales Director of the Gazeta.pl Group. A graduate of the University of Economics, Management and Marketing, and the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Professionally associated with Agora as the Sales Director of Gazeta.pl Group. He also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of IAB Polska.
	Marek Sokal Vice President of the Board He graduated from the Medical University of Poznan Faculty of Pharmacy. 	Tomasz Dalach Member of the Commission Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. He graduated with distinction from the XII Program of the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Founding Partner in Online Partners, venture capital fund 2.0. Co-founder and in 2006-2012 the first President of the Executive Board of the Association of Alumni Program Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA "Nowy Świat".
	Elżbieta Adamowicz Member of the Commission A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Foreign Trade and the XI cohortof the Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program. Professionally associated with Millennium Bank S.A., currently serves as Director of the HR Department.
	Leszek Tumkiewicz Member of the Commission He graduated from the Warsaw University - Faculty of Journalism and Political Science (Institute of International Relations) and the 7th Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA Program.
